Accessibility Statement
Effective date: August 2, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to read about iron, understand what brasa is, and buy it without friction. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
What we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is our target, and we treat gaps against it as defects to be fixed, not as acceptable.
What we are doing
- We treat contrast, alternative text on images, keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, labelled form fields, and text-based error messages as requirements when we build or change a page.
- We do not autoplay video or animation with sound.
- We re-check these when we ship a change to the store rather than only at launch.
What is not fully there yet
Some content comes from third-party applications we use for reviews, subscriptions, and checkout. We do not control their markup. Where one of those tools creates a barrier, we raise it with the vendor and look for a workaround, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot fix something quickly.
We have not completed an independent third-party accessibility audit of the store. When we do, we will update this page with the date and the outcome.
If something blocks you
Email support@hellobrasa.com with the page and what happened, or use the contact page. Tell us what you were trying to do. We reply within two business days, and if the barrier stops you from ordering, we will complete the order with you directly by email in the meantime.
Feedback changes this page
Accessibility work is never finished. This statement is updated as the store changes, and reports from customers are the fastest way we find real problems.
