Where we ship
We ship across the United States, and internationally where rates appear at checkout.
Rates and timing
- US standard: free. Typically 5–8 business days door to door.
- US express: $15. Typically 2–4 business days.
- International standard: $14.99. Typically 8–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (weekends and US holidays excluded). You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout. Orders refused at customs or returned for unpaid duties are not eligible for shipping refunds.
Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it ships, and orders returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds. If you catch an address error, contact us immediately — we can only fix it before fulfillment begins.
Tracking says delivered?
An order is considered delivered when the carrier records a delivery scan. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package: check with household members and neighbors, look for a carrier notice, and allow 24 hours — packages are sometimes scanned early. Still missing after 24 hours? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will help you file a carrier claim.
