Every order ships with tracking. Here's where to find it and what to expect.

Your tracking link

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days; US standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after that.

Can't find the email?

Check spam and promotions folders for a message from brasa. Still nothing? Reach us through the contact page with your order number and we'll resend it within one business day.

Tracking says delivered but no package?

Check with household members and neighbors, and give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll help you file a carrier claim. Full detail in the shipping policy.

On a subscription?

Manage deliveries, skip a month, or update your address anytime from the subscription portal.
