How do I take brasa?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it fully dissolve. No water, no pills. Follow the label and do not exceed one strip a day.
What's in each strip?
19 mg of iron as ferric saccharate, a form chosen for gentleness, plus 400 mcg of folate. Natural raspberry flavor, sweetened with monk fruit. Vegetarian and gluten free. The full panel is on the label.
When will I notice a difference?
Iron support is measured in months, not days. Clinical guidance commonly reassesses iron studies after about 60 to 90 days. That is a checkpoint, not a promise that brasa will rebuild your levels on that schedule. Ask your clinician when to reassess.

What is the guarantee?
The conditional guarantee applies only to a qualifying first direct order of 2 or more tins. One tin orders are not eligible. Use one strip daily as directed for at least 60 consecutive days, then submit a complete claim between days 61 and 90 after carrier delivery with your order details, start date, use confirmation, and clear photos of every tin and lot code. Keep all tins and unused strips until the claim is resolved. One approved claim is allowed per customer and household. Full requirements are on the returns page and in our refund policy.
Why might my packaging look different?
During a stock shortage, backorder, supplier transition, label update, or other fulfillment issue, the same advertised product may arrive in alternate packaging. The exterior can differ while the product identity, formula, active ingredients, dose, flavor, and strip count remain the same. A change to any of those product facts is not treated as a packaging only variation.
Who is brasa for?
Women 18 and older who want a gentler way to keep up with daily iron, especially if pills never stuck. brasa is a supplement, not a treatment. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a condition, check with your doctor first.
Can I take it alongside medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. They can advise how to time iron around food, coffee, calcium, and your specific medications.
How does it taste?
Raspberry, soft, a little tart, and nothing like metal.
How long does shipping take?
Allow 1 to 5 business days for fulfillment. Contiguous United States standard shipping is free with 2 to 4 business days in transit. Express is $15 with 1 to 3 business days in transit. International shipping is available to 35 supported countries at $19, $20, or $25, with duties and import fees due from the recipient. Is brasa tested for quality?
brasa is manufactured in regulated facilities under strict quality standards for safety, purity, and consistency.
