The 90-day guarantee

Ferritin rebuilds over 8–12 weeks — so we stand behind the full window. Use brasa consistently for at least 60 days, and if you're not feeling the difference, tell us within 90 days of delivery: you get the product price back. Yes, even if the tins are open. That's the deal — you give it a real try, we take the risk.

How it works

1. Reach us through the contact page with your order number, when you started, and a line about why it wasn't for you (it helps us get better — no essay needed).

2. We confirm within one business day and refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges and free items aren't refunded.

3. The guarantee covers your first purchase, once per customer and per household. It's a promise to first-timers, not a subscription loophole.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Crushed tin, broken seal, wrong item — send photos through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund it, your choice, no debate.

What we don't cover

Because brasa is a consumable, we can't take returns for change of mind, taste preference, or an unused tin sitting in a drawer — the guarantee above exists precisely so you can try it for real instead. Also worth knowing: we update our packaging over time, so your tin may look slightly different from the photos while holding the exact same formula — that's not a defect.
