If your comb arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we will replace it or refund it. Separately: the conditional 90 day use guarantee covers brasa iron strips only, on qualifying first orders of 2 or more tins. One tin orders, the comb and gifts are not eligible for that guarantee.
